Who pays for recycling collection?
South Fayette Township contracts with hauler Waste Management for curbside residential waste collection. Residents are not billed for garbage or recycling collection. The township pays the hauler directly from the general fund. Commercial locations, along with apartment buildings/multi-family residences with more than four (4) units, make separate arrangements for waste pickup.
