South Fayette Township Parks and Recreation’s fun 6-week Summer Playground Camp is now expanded to five days a week! The 2018 program is Monday through Friday from June 18 to July 27. Children ages 5 to 12 are encouraged to play outdoors, exploring our playgrounds and parks while interacting with other youth under the supervision of camp counselors. Scheduling is flexible, so parents can choose the days and times that work best.
Week 1: June 18 - 22 @ Fairview Park
Week 2: June 25 - 29 @ Morgan Park
Week 3: July 2 - July 6 (no 4th) @ Boys Home Park

The Pittsburgh West group usually meets on the second Sunday of each month; call group leader Mike Currin for details. Founded in 2010, the nonprofit group enables organ transplant recipients and candidates, people with chronic kidney disease and caregivers to meet, exchange useful information and share common experiences.

Campers will play Olympic Games with an international focus! Campers will learn about and participate in Olympic Sports centering on Australia, China, Italy, Brazil and other countries. This is a fantastic international camp that will educate children both mentally and physically. Lego segment and crafts included. Bring snack and water.

Also accepted are computer equipment, freon appliances ($15 freon removal fee) and fluorescent tubles & CFLs ($1 per bulb). ... Notes from Washington County: If traffic is backed up along Main Street during the event, please leave and return at a later time for safety reasons. The event will be cancelled in cases of extreme weather, such as a thunderstorm, snowstorm or temperatures below approximately 30 degrees. If cancelled, the date will not be rescheduled, and collection will resume on the next regularly scheduled date.
