Discuss and consider rejecting the NRP Group bid for the Star City property based upon their non-compliance with the bid requirements of the township’s RFP for the Star City property as described in the Township Manager’s correspondence to them under the date of June 27, 2019. The bid as submitted also was withdrawn by the NRP Group based upon their condition of acceptance of their letter of intent by 5:00 PM on June 26, 2019.


Q.

Discuss and consider accepting the bid of Burns & Scalo Equities LLC for the Star City property in the amount of $3,500,000. The Burns & Scalo bid was the second highest bid received by the township.
