Latest Update
Staring Monday, July 18, 2022, the closure pattern changes at the Boyce-Mayview intersection. Part of Boyce Road will be closed on the Route 19 side, and part of Mayview Road will be closed on the Hastings side. Originally, the closure pattern was going to change Aug. 22, but the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) project is a month ahead of schedule.

PennDOT District 11 is making major improvements to the intersection of Mayview Road and Boyce Road in South Fayette Township. Work includes replacing a culvert, adding turn lanes and making design improvements.
Closures and detours will occur until work is completed by November 8, 2022, or earlier. There are two alternating closure combinations.
Local traffic can access homes and businesses in the closure areas using the detour routes; however, local access through the Boyce-Mayview intersection is not allowed.
