Rotary Pavilion:
- Accommodates 200 people
- Electricity
- Kitchen with fridge, sink and plugs for small appliances
- Permanent restrooms w/ running water attached
- Lighting
- Adjacent playground
- Aluminum picnic tables (mostly 15' plus a few 8')
Lafayette Pavilion (near Greenwood Drive entrance):
- Accommodates 60 people
- Electricity
- 6' picnic tables
- Permanent restrooms w/ running water nearby
- Adjacent playground
Flag Retirement Facility
Reservations are accepted for appropriate use of a Flag Retirement Facility. Use of the facility does not include rental of any pavilion or other facility.
Fairview Park has two playgrounds:
- Playground at the Entrance / Lafayette Pavilion (tot lot designed for ages 3 to 5)
- Playground at the Rotary Pavilion (tot lot for ages 2 to 5 and larger equipment for ages 5 and over)
South Fayette Community Day
South Fayette Township uses the entire Fairview Park for this annual community event, held on the 4th Saturday of each August. Pavilion rentals are not available during this weekend.
