Guided Relaxation, Yoga Nidra, for adults is a powerful technique that induces complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. During this program, you will be guided to a conscious state between sleep and wakefulness where contact with the subconscious and unconscious mind occur spontaneously. Yoga Nidra aids in healing of the central nervous system and improves memory, creativity and sleep. You will be able to attend this class in the comfort of your own home! Get comfortable, use a pillow and blanket, and sign on. Your video does not need to be on. Wear pajamas if you’d like. You will be led through a series of guided relaxation techniques, breathing exercises and visualizations. Have a yoga mat, block or pillow, and strap or robe belt handy. Registration for this class will close at 4:00 PM on the day of class. You will be emailed a link to the call approximately one hour before the class.
