Waste Management, a third-party hauler, is contracted to pick up household waste. Visit southfayettepa.com/request to report a missed pickup or other trash/recycling issue.

Recycle your household glass! Drop off all colors of empty glass bottles, jars and jugs in the container provided. No need to separate glass colors. Caps, lids and labels are acceptable. Only glass is permitted in the recycling bin. Bags and boxes used to transport the glass must be discarded off site. These items are NOT accepted: cut glass, window glass, glass bakeware, mirrors, porcelain and ceramics, stemware, light bulbs, TVs, and any other materials, including other types of recyclables. This bin offers a contact-free, weeklong dropoff service and provides a safe method of recycling glass while eliminating the need to interact with other individuals or touch shared surfaces. Please anticipate depositing your glass yourself, as staff and volunteers will not be present to assist you.

Kevin Biber, the elected tax collector, will hold office hours for the collection of South Fayette School District (not township) 2021 real estate taxes during the payment discount period.
