Cardio Kicks & Sticks with sfBFITness (Fall Session)

Join fitness instructor Katie Logan for Cardio Kicks & Sticks. This is a great opportunity for those looking to try a new type of fitness class. The hour will fly by doing cardio kickboxing, fitness sticks (provided at class) and total body sculpting using weights. All purchased class packs can be shared between Cardio Kicks & Sticks and Kettlebell fitness classes.

Kidokinetics Sports and Fitness Intro (Ages 3 - 5)

Kidokinetics helps children ages 3 to 5 develop a foundation of skills while experiencing a wide variety of sports in a non-competitive environment, with more than 20 sports and a new sport every class. This fall season, trained coaches will teach children the fundamentals of football, track and field, and jai alai (scoops) over an 8-week session. During the warm-up and cool-down of each class, your child will learn anatomy/physiology facts about their muscles, heart, and lungs as they relate to each sport. This program is a perfect introduction to different sports using colorful, age-appropriate equipment.

Adult Yoga: Fall (First Session)
