First Watch daytime cafe has opened at 160 Millers Run Road, near the I-79 interchange in South Fayette Township. The cafe, which serves breakfast, brunch and lunch, is the first business to open in the Gateway Shops at Newbury Market. South Fayette is the fourth location in the Pittsburgh region.
