Pennsylvania America Water has completed water line installation on Battle Ridge Road, from Thoms Run Rd. to the curve past Robinson Run Rd., and continues to transfer service lines to the new main. Base repair for permanent restoration will continue through Dec. 9, weather permitting. All lateral lines (liens that cross both lanes) will have a minimum of 4 inches of hot asphalt for the winter temporary restoration. Final paving will occur in the spring.
