South Fayette Township fireworks will be held at dark (about 9:30 p.m.) on Tues. July 4th. The event is free and jointly sponsored by South Fayette Township & Upper St. Clair.
View the Independence Day fireworks display from Fairview Park in South Fayette Township, Boyce Mayview Park in Upper St. Clair and various locations throughout the area. Last year, residents reported viewing fireworks from the neighborhoods around Fairview Park, Hunting Ridge and Hickory Heights, among other locations.
PARKING:
- Limited parking in Fairview available starting at 7:00 PM
- Parking available at Upper St. Clair Recreation Center
- One-side street parking permitted outside of Fairview Park, with police enforcement
- Some grass parking may be available in Fairview Park, depending on weather conditions
PROHIBITED IN FAIRVIEW PARK:
- Personal fireworks or firecrackers
- Tents (or other equipment that may block or limit views)
- Open-flame grills
- Alcoholic beverages
- Glass containers
PETS:
Pets/dogs must be secured on a leash AT ALL TIMES. The hillside from the entrance of the park to the water tower (the former off-leash dog zone) will be CLOSED ALL DAY.
