Allegheny County plans to begin road improvements in early August on Seminary Avenue/Thoms Run Road, between Battle Ridge Road and Union Avenue, in South Fayette Township and in Oakdale Borough. Work is expected to last for 1 to 2 months. The road will remain open, but expect delays and one-lane, alternating traffic with flaggers. The road is county-owned.
