A planned power outage will occur from about 8:30 a.m. to noon Weds. Oct. 2 for 179 West Penn Power customers in the vicinity of Olde Orchard Drive, Redrome Circle, Russets Circle and Winesap Court in South Fayette Township. The outage is necessary to upgrade facilities. Rain date is Thurs. Oct. 3.
