[ARCHIVED] Camp-in-a-Box orders accepted through July 24

Children who received camp in a box

Kids missing summer camp? Looking for something fun to do at home? Look no further… South Fayette Township Parks and Recreation has Camp-in-a-Box!

The kit includes many of the activities that your campers would be enjoying at summer camp, shipped to you so they can do them at home! Boxes include craft and outdoor activity supplies, activity idea sheets, snacks and cool South Fayette swag, appropriate for children ages 6 to 12 years.

Place your order online now through Fri. July 24. Boxes ship the first week of August.

Two sizes are available (shipping cost is included):

  • Large Camp-in-a-Box: Includes 8 to 10 craft and outdoor activity items, snacks and activity sheets for $25.
  • Mini Camp-in-a-Box: Includes 5 to 7 craft and outdoor activity items, snacks and activity sheets for $15.

For each box that is purchased, $5 will be donated to the nonprofit South Fayette Community Fund to benefit park and community improvements.

Campers who were registered for Summer Playground Camp, which was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, were surprised to receive a free Camp-in-a-Box, thanks to the generosity of Washington Financial Bank and Goldberg, Kamin & Garvin.
